I ordered a couple of containers online from Pelican Containers and they kept in touch regularly. Updated me on my order status and the delivery date.The containers just as promised. I’ll definitely be going back to them further, really appreciate all the effort they put into making sure everything went well!

When you phone in, you are connected to a call center. The customer service lady with the southern accent was amazing,wish I could remember her name. She wouldn’t stop until everything was covered and sorted out. Honestly I’ve rarely seen customer service like this.
