1. E-Check Instructions:
- We accept business, personal, and government checks.
- Make the check payable to: STG Freight Services, Inc. (dba PELICAN CONTAINERS).
- Ensure the numerical amount matches the written amount exactly.
- Include your Invoice #700XXXX in the memo line for faster processing.
- Sign and date your check clearly.
2. How to Endorse a Check for Deposit:
- Locate the Endorsement Area: Find the gray lines on the back of the check.
- Write “For Deposit Only”: In the designated area, write “For Deposit Only.”
- Add the Bank Account Number: Next to “For Deposit Only,” include the bank account number for STG Freight Services Inc., as listed on your invoice.
Tips for Photographing Your Check:
- Place your check on a dark background and take clear photos of both the front and back.
- Good lighting is key—use direct sunlight or a bright lamp for best results.
- Hold your camera directly above the check to ensure you’re photographing it straight on (not at an angle).
- Check the photos to make sure all sides and corners of the check are fully visible.
Payment Verification Process
If you’re paying for your shipping container with a credit or debit card, please ensure that the delivery address matches the billing address of your card. If the billing address on your card differs from the delivery address for your container, we may request photo verification to confirm your identity
This step helps prevent fraud and safeguards both you as the cardholder and us as the vendor.
Verification Instructions
To complete the verification, we kindly ask that you send us a selfie holding your driver’s license and credit card. For your protection, please only display the last four digits of the card number. Your driver’s license should only show your name.
