Payment Terms

1. Invoice Payments
   All invoices are due on their specified due date.
2. Late Payments
   Overdue payments will incur a service charge equal to the lesser of 2% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
3. Indemnification
   The purchaser agrees to defend at their own expense, indemnify, and hold harmless STG Freight Services Inc., its agents, employees, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, demands, actions, costs, expenses, and fees (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or in connection with:
   • The sale of equipment to the purchaser.
   • Any subsequent use, operation, or disposition of the equipment by the purchaser.
4. Chargebacks
   Any chargebacks initiated by the purchaser will incur a $500 penalty, which will be added to the total amount due.
