We offer a Buyer Protection Policy to guarantee that you will receive your container as described. Orders may be canceled before processing for a full refund, minus any banking fees. If processing has started, cancellations may incur a restocking fee and other applicable charges. Refunds for returned equipment will be issued by deducting trucking charges. Kindly note that customized containers are non-refundable.
