At STG Freight Services Inc., we strive to ensure a hassle-free experience. If you purchase a shipping container and it:
- Fails to arrive,
- Does not match the description,
- Arrives damaged,
- Or does not arrive at all,
Our Buyer Protection Policy ensures you are fully covered. This policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, guaranteeing you receive the exact container you purchased or an appropriate resolution.
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
- Before Payment is Sent: You may cancel your order at no cost if payment has not yet been made.
- After Payment but Before Order Processing: If you choose to cancel within 24 hours after making payment and before your order has been processed, a 10% restocking fee will be applied. This fee helps cover costs such as customer acquisition, administrative work, and bank fees.
- After Order Processing: If your cancellation request is received more than 24 hours after payment and the order has already moved into processing, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This covers additional expenses related to container handling, repositioning, and other associated costs.
Customized Containers
For orders involving customized containers, refunds are subject to the specific terms outlined in your agreement. Please contact us for further details.
