Delivery and Pickup Terms

STG Freight Services Inc. collaborates with local delivery providers to facilitate a seamless purchase process for customers who do not have access to transportation. Customers waive STG Freight Services Inc. from any and all liability related to the delivery of products.

• Delivery Timeframe: The delivery truck must be able to pick up or offload containers within 30 minutes of arrival. Any offloading time exceeding 30 minutes will incur a wait time fee of $150 per hour.
• Driver’s Discretion: The delivery driver reserves the right to refuse delivery, pickup, or relocation if conditions are deemed unsafe. This includes but is not limited to, risks such as vehicles getting stuck, tight access points, uneven surfaces, or obstructions at the site.
• Delivery Attempts and Towing: Delivery charges and/or fees for dry runs will apply to each attempted delivery. The customer agrees to cover any towing costs arising from attempted delivery, pickup, or relocation. Fees will correspond to the delivery/pickup charge listed in the Sales Order.
• Customer Responsibility: The customer acknowledges that on-site delivery, pickup, or relocation will proceed under their direct instruction, supervision, and control or that of their representatives.
• Site Access and Safety: The customer represents and warrants that they have inspected the delivery site and access points, ensuring that STG Freight Services Inc.’s vehicles can operate safely and effectively to complete the job.
• Force Majeure: STG Freight Services Inc. is not liable for any loss, damage, or delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
• Damage and Liability Waiver: The customer releases STG Freight Services Inc. from liability for any damages, costs, or claims—both direct and indirect—related to roadways, grounds, buildings, fences, property, underground utilities, landscaping, or vehicles.
• Additional Services:
  • Door Repositioning: Adjusting container door orientation during delivery will incur a $100 service fee.
  • Weekend Deliveries: Saturday deliveries for purchases or rentals will incur a $199 surcharge, while Sunday deliveries will incur a $299 surcharge.
  • Early Pickup for Rentals: Rental pickup requests with less than 30 days’ notice will result in a fixed fee of $250.
• Structural Damage: The customer assumes responsibility for any structural damage caused to containers, with repair costs based on official estimates.
